Daniel J. Buba, an associate attorney at the Law Offices of Doehrman & Chamberlain, is an experienced trial lawyer who has litigated and tried personal injury and medical malpractice in both state and federal courts in Indiana.  Mr. Buba spent the first twelve years of his legal career primarily representing insurance companies and large corporations in defending personal injury and wrongful death claims.  Having learned the battle from the defense side, Mr. Buba has a unique perspective as he tries to maximize recovery for those wrongfully injured and killed.  Mr. Buba currently focuses on representing individuals that have been catastrophically injured or killed in circumstances including interstate trucking accidents, motor vehicle crashes, construction site falls, nursing home abuse, medical negligence, and traumatic brain injury.  Mr. Buba is active in local and national bar associations, having served as the 2008 President of the Indianapolis Bar Association and currently serving as the 2011-12 Chair-Elect of AAJ's  Trucking Litigation Group.
