David L. Hollenbeck is a partner at Blachly, Tabor, Bozik & Hartman, LLC, one of northern Indiana's oldest and most respected general practice law firms. In his practice at the firm, David focuses on helping injured workers obtain workers' compensation benefits and on meeting a variety of legal needs for local government entities such as the City of Valparaiso, the Regional Development Authority (RDA) and the Northwest Indiana Regional Planning Commission.
David is a 1974 graduate of Valparaiso University School of Law, was named first in the graduating class of The College of Workers' Compensation Lawyers in 2007, and has been peer-selected for inclusion in "The Best Lawyers in America" publication for 11 consecutive years. David currently teaches workers' compensation law as an adjunct professor at Valparaiso University School of Law and has also served as a faculty member for the Workers' Compensation College of Industrial Boards and Commissions. Lastly, David remains actively involved in several professional organizations, include the Indiana and Illinois state bar associations, the American Bar Association and the American Association for Justice (founding member, AAJ Workers' Compensation and Workplace Injury Section; member, AAJ Workers' Compensation Advisory Committee; member, AAJ Workers' Injury Law and Advocacy Group).
