David W. Holub, founder of the firm, began practicing law in Lake County after graduating from Valparaiso University's School of Law in 1982. He has appeared as counsel in over 20 state and federal appellate cases. Among the thousands of claims Mr. Holub has handled in his over 29 years of trial and appellate practice are several class action lawsuits and cases of public interest. His clients have included other attorneys and a Justice of the Indiana Supreme Court.The firm concentrates in personal injury, medical malpractice, and wrongful death litigation.
