Deborah Caruso is a member of Dale & Eke, where she practices in the areas of bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, and business litigation. She is a Chapter 7 Panel Trustee and represents debtors and creditors in business bankruptcy cases and out-of-court workouts. Ms. Caruso has litigated business and commercial cases for 30 years in state and federal courts. Ms. Caruso served as past president of the Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights Section of the Indiana State Bar Association and is a Distinguished Fellow of the Indianapolis Bar Association. Presently she is counsel to the President of the Indiana State Bar Association. She is a frequent lecturer for ICLEF and the Indianapolis Bar Association.
