Deborah’s practice concentrates on family law issues at the trial and appellate levels. Ms. Agard graduated cum laude from Indiana University School of Law. She holds a Master of Arts degree from Butler University and received her B.A. from Indiana University. Deborah has taught several family law seminars for attorneys, paralegals, and judges, and she is frequently retained by attorneys and law firms throughout Indiana as a consultant for complex family law issues. Deborah serves as Chair of the Board of Directors and volunteer Guardian ad Litem for Kids Voice of Indiana, Inc.; is a member of the Civil Rights of Children Committee of the Indiana State Bar Association and Chair of the Juvenile Law Committee, Family Law Section, Indiana State Bar Association; and is a member of the advisory committee for The Indiana Lawyer, the Indianapolis Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the National Association of Counsel for Children, and the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts.
