Douglas R. Adelsperger represents individuals, trustees, and businesses on bankruptcy and debtor/creditor rights issues (consumer and commercial) before both federal and state courts. He is certified by the American Board of Certification in Business Bankruptcy Law, and is certified in Indiana as a civil mediator. Doug is an active member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, and the Indiana State and the Allen County Indiana Bar Associations. A graduate of the Indiana University Schools of Business and Law, Doug has spoken on many occasions on bankruptcy and related issues for ICLEF and other CLE programs.
