Special Licenses/Certifications:

  • I have been a registered/certified mediator since 1993. During this period of time, I have requested by various judges and chosen by lawyers to mediate a variety of domestic and general civil cases. Approximately 95% of the mediated cases settled.

Bar/Professional Activity:

  • Served as a member of the Board of Directors for the Indiana Community Defender's Office from 2001-2007. Served on the Magistrate Judge Selection Committee at the request of two Chief Judges of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana 2002-2005. Have lectured extensively at the Indiana University Law School-Indianaplis and for the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum (ICLEF). Designated as A-V by Martindale-Hubbell.

Pro bono/Community Service:

  • I generally handle several pro bono cases each year. I have been on the Criminal Justice Act (CJA) Plan for 22 years.
