Fred Schultz focuses his legal practice on serious personal injury and wrongful death cases. Graduate: Butler University, B.S., 1992; Indiana University School of Law – Bloomington, 1996. Admitted to practice in all Indiana state courts, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana, U.S. Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court. Fred serves on the Board of Directors for the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association and is a past member of the Board of Governors for the American Association for Justice. He is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and a Board Certified Civil Trial Advocate. Fred has received an AV rating by Martindale-Hubbell.
