Greg Padgett represents individuals, trustees, executors, and non-profits in estate and trust litigation throughout Indiana. He focuses on will contests, trust contests, claims in estates, determinations of heirship, accountings and objections, breach of fiduciary duty claims, and contested guardianships. Greg has represented clients in the courtrooms of over 40 of Indiana’s counties. He graduated from DePauw University summa cum laude in 1981 and from Northwestern University School of Law in 1984. He is a frequent lecturer at legal education seminars on probate litigation. He has the highest rating (AV) by Martindale-Hubbell, is listed in Who’s Who in American Law, and was named an Outstanding Lawyer of America in 2003.
