Joe is an associate at the Indianapolis based plaintiffs’ litigation firm, Price Waicukauski & Riley, LLC.  His practice focuses on representing the rights of the injured and protecting consumers through statewide and nationwide class action litigation. He has experience in all stages of litigation, and maintains a strong focus on the class certification procedure.  Joe is highly involved in the hail damage class action against State Farm that was certified in 2009.

Joe received his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School, where he was the recipient of the Tennessee Bar Association’s Access to Justice Law Student of the Year in 2004.  He was recently selected to Indiana Super Lawyers’ Rising Stars (2010), a designation which recognizes the top up-and-coming attorneys in the state. 

Joe is admitted to practice law in the State of Indiana, the U.S. District Courts for the Southern District of Indiana, and the Northern and Central Districts of Illinois, and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
