Kathleen M. Sweeney is an Indianapolis trial attorney with a statewide practice concentrating in  criminal defense, white collar defense and investigations, DUI defense, domestic and family law litigation, civil rights issues, whistleblowers, and appeals. A former assistant United States attorney for the Southern District of Indiana and Marion County felony prosecutor, Ms. Sweeney is passionate about the work she does with and on behalf of her clients.
