Kena Hollingsworth is a founding partner of Hollingsworth & Zivitz, PC. Hollingsworth & Zivitz is a rapidly growing law firm in Carmel, Indiana. Primarily known as a divorce firm, Hollingsworth & Zivitz represents clients with all types of family law issues including divorce, custody, child support, paternity, adoptions (as well as contested adoptions), guardianships, post-decree issues such as contempt and modifications, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, education expenses, mediation and family law appeals. Hollingsworth & Zivitz provides white-glove treatment to all clients, valuing compassion and empathy along with advocacy when addressing clients' individual needs. Kena ensures that her firm is dedicated to minimizing conflict for families, striving to be problem solvers verses part of the problem. Kena has been responsible for all aspects of starting, growing, managing and marketing the law firm. In addition to her administrative responsibilities at the firm, Kena is a family law litigator as well as a registered family law mediator, and has been trained as a Collaborative Law Attorney. The firm's dedication to families expanded in 2005 and 2006 to be a more "full service family law firm" offering services in estate planning, elder law and education law.
