Ms. Jeselskis provides legal advice and representation to individuals with legal issues falling under the Americans with Disabilities Act, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Employee Retirement Income Act, and various state laws affecting employment. She also advises and represents individuals with severance packages, employment agreements, and non-compete agreements. Her practice encompasses representation of individuals in litigation before state and federal courts and proceedings before administrative agencies, such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Indiana Civil Rights Commission and the Social Security Administration.
