Linda Pence represents companies and individuals in white collar criminal investigations and prosecutions and complex business civil litigation in both state and federal courts. Ms. Pence was with the Fraud Section, Criminal Division, United States Department of Justice, Washington, D.C., where she was a trial attorney and part of the Chief Special Projects Unit. She has written and lectured extensively on corporate responsibility and has conducted a wide range of corporate internal investigations. Her criminal and civil practice has included cases involving fraud, RICO, environmental contamination, antitrust, securities and commodities claims, currency and monetary violations, breach of contract, tax evasion, embezzlement, franchise fraud, false claims and civil rights violations.
