Attorney Mark C. Ladendorf is a partner of Ladendorf & Ladendorf, a personal injury firm of Indianapolis, Indiana. An experienced trial lawyer, he exclusively represents clients statewide and across the country who have suffered catastrophic injuries due to car accidents, motorcycle accidents, product defects, premises liability, construction accidents and other work accidents, medical malpractice and other accidents. He also represents families of victims of wrongful death.
Since his admission to the Indiana State Bar in 1980, attorney Ladendorf has devoted his practice entirely to representing injured victims and their families. As a result of his experience and success in helping clients obtain maximum compensation, he has been repeatedly selected to the Indiana Super Lawyers magazine every year of its publication. He has also been selected as one of "The Best Lawyers in America" and is rated as an AV-Preeminent* lawyer by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest ranking an attorney can obtain.
Attorney Ladendorf serves on the executive committee of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, and has held an emeritus position on its board of directors since 1990. He is a sustaining member of the America Association for Justice (formerly the Association of Trial Lawyers of America), among other legal affiliations. He is also a well-known author and lecturer on the topic of tort law and trial litigation.
