Martha T. Starkey, "Marti," is a partner at Harrison & Moberly, LLP, where she serves as Chair of the Trust and Estate Practice Group. She has practiced in the area of Wills, Trusts, Estates, and Related Litigation for 28 years and built her practice by providing excellent legal work in an atmosphere of care and concern for each client. Marti and her firm annually present the Starkey Entrepreneurial Woman Award. Marti serves on the Joint Editorial Board/Uniform Trust and Estate Acts. She previously served on the drafting committee of the Uniform Power of Attorney Act and the Uniform Trust Code for the Uniform Law Commission. Marti serves as a Trustee for the Uniform Law Foundation and on the Board for the Wheeler Mission in Kaleo. She was recently selected for a "Best in Client Service" award by Indianapolis Monthly. Marti is married; she and her husband have four children and four precious grandchildren.
