Mary A. Findling is a partner of Findling Park & Associates, P.C., of Indianapolis, Indiana. A personal injury attorney, she represents patients and their families in medical malpractice cases. She often handles complex cases involving serious injuries resulting in permanent disability and cases of wrongful death. She also accepts co-counsel arrangements with attorneys in cases expected to go to trial.
A dedicated trial advocate, Ms. Findling was named Trial Lawyer of the Year in 1999 by the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association (ITLA), of which she is an active member and served on the board of directors. She is also a member of the Indianapolis, Indiana state and American Bar Associations as well as the Association of Trial Lawyers of America (also known as the American Association of Justice).
Ms. Findling is a frequent lecturer on medical malpractice topics, trial advocacy and insurance issues for both the ITLA and the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum (ICLEF).
After graduating with highest distinction from Purdue University, Ms. Findling went on to obtain an M.A. from the University of Michigan and her law degree from Indiana University School of Law - Indianapolis. She is admitted to practice in Indiana and before the U.S. District Courts, Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.
