Nicholas Deets was born in Bloomington, Indiana on December 9, 1966. He is a graduate of Purdue University (B.S.I.M., with honors, 1989) and the Indiana University School of Law -- Bloomington (J.D., with distinction, 1993). He was admitted to the Indiana State Bar Association in 1993 and is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and is a Fellow of the Indiana Bar Foundation. His principal practice areas are personal injury, medical malpractice, and wrongful death. He has tried more than 75 jury trials to verdict.
