Raymond H. Modesitt has been a partner with Wilkinson, Goeller, Modesitt, Wilkinson & Drummy, LLP, in Terre Haute, Indiana, since 1971. He has specialized in the defense of toxic litigation, serving continuously since 1978 as a national trial counsel for several former manufacturers of asbestos-containing products and other toxic materials. In that capacity, he has tried cases to conclusion in both state and federal courts in over 30 different states and jurisdictions. He has also served on the Board of Directors of Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana, and has been installed as a Diplomat by that organization. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers.
