Profile

Mr. Feagley's practice concentrates on personal injury litigation from the Plaintiffs perspective with a focus on serious and permanent injuries as well as wrongful death claims. Mr. Feagley's practice includes virtually every manner of personal injury including: automobile collisions, intentional torts, premises liability, and products liability claims. He additionally handles litigation involving small business matters, insurance subrogation, conflict of laws and appellate practice. Mr. Feagley graduated from the Valparaiso University School of Law. He is associate counsel on the firm's litigation team.
