Robert J. Boughter received his undergraduate degrees in Criminology and Spanish magna cum laude from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Robert also earned diplomas from La Universidad de Valladolid, Spain and El Centro Bilingue in Cuernavaca, Mexico. He is fluent in Spanish. Robert is a former special agent with the Office of Inspector General, where he investigated and prosecuted fraud in governmental agencies.
