Profile

Robin Kelly graduated from the College of William & Mary, then IU School of Law -- Indianapolis in 1995. Robin then began serving in the USAF JAG Corps, where she served for six years until 2001.  While in the USAF JAG Corps, Robin worked primarily in labor law and criminal law, which afforded her valuable experience in both administrative law hearings and criminal jury trials.  In 2001, Robin moved to Indianapolis and began working for Gloria Mitchell, focusing her practice on family law and incorporating her knowledge of military pay, retirement and benefits whenever the occasion arose.  Robin has been a certified parenting coordinator since 2006 and she has been a registered family law mediator since April 2009. Ms. Kelly is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association (Family and Juvenile Law Division) and the Indianapolis Bar Association (Family Law Section). In addition to having been an adjunct professor at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and at St. Leo's College Ms. Kelly has taught in various seminars, including Minimizing High Conflict and Alienation in Divorce Proceedings (2007, 2008), Divorce 101 for Paralegals (2008), Handling Divorce cases From Start To Finish, 2011, and Ethical Considerations in Mediation (2011).
