Ronald M. Katz leads Katz & Korin's tax, business, and estate planning practice. Mr. Katz's practice extensively involves contract negotiations, acquisitions, and sales of existing businesses, and sports and entertainment law matters. He is an adjunct Professor of Law for the Indiana University School of Law. He is a member of the National Advisory Board of the Housing and Development Reporter and served as General Counsel and as an officer to the Indianapolis Bar Association Board of Directors. He is active in and has been recognized by several arts, civic, and legal organizations in the City of Indianapolis.
