Ronald W. Buchmeier, a member of Hopper Blackwell, P.C., received his undergraduate degree from Manchester College and J.D., cum laude, from Indiana University. Following admission to practice, he served as law clerk to Nicholas Sufana, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge. His practice focuses on representation of financial institutions in the collection of commercial loans, bankruptcy, and formal and informal reorganizations. He represents banks in the defense of check processing claims and plaintiffs and defendants in other commercial litigation. Mr. Buchmeier is a member of the Indianapolis and State Bar Associations and the Conference on Consumer Finance and is a Fellow of the Indianapolis and Indiana State Bar Foundations.
