Roy T. Tabor is a founding partner of Tabor Law Firm. For more than 30 years, he has limited his practice to wrongful death and serious personal injury cases. Today, he serves as lead counsel and co counsel on noteworthy personal injury and wrongful death cases throughout the state of Indiana.

Mr. Tabor received his B.A., magna cum laude, from Vanderbilt University and his J.D., cum laude, from Indiana University. He was admitted to the Indiana Bar in 1979 and practices in all Indiana courts.

Mr. Tabor serves with distinction as a board member emeritus of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association and is a fellow in the Indiana College of Advocacy. He is a member of the National Advisory Board for the Association of Plaintiff Interstate Trucking Lawyers of America (APITLA) and the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.

Roy is active in the American Association for Justice and the American Society of Law and Medicine. He serves as president of the Andrew C. Winzenread Scholarship Fund, Gary E. Dudley Memorial Foundation, Jeff Shaw scholarship fund, and is on the board of the Gary W. Henderson Scholarship Fund.

Mr. Tabor has been honored and recognized by numerous organizations. The American Association for Justice named Roy one of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers for the past five years.  He’s also a member of the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers. He was one of 3,000 lawyers across the country to be named a Law Dragon. Mr. Tabor is recognized as an AV-rated lawyer by Martindale-Hubbell and has been selected as an Indiana Super Lawyer in years past.

Roy is also a frequent lecturer and has authored more than 50 publications concerning current issues and developments in personal injury and wrongful death litigation for continuing legal education programs throughout Indiana.
