Mr. Shockley’s practice consists exclusively of litigation in the federal and state courts. He represents corporate and individual clients in all areas of litigation, with an emphasis on employment law, business disputes, and personal injury. Prior to joining Defur Voran in 1985, Mr. Shockley was Deputy and Chief Deputy District Attorney in Denver, Colorado from 1978 to 1983. He then became Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Indiana in 1983 until 1985. He has also served as Corporate Counsel for the City of Muncie from 1992-1995.
