Profile

Sonia has a diverse defense litigation practice which includes managing dockets and representing defendants in the Marion County Mass Tort dockets for asbestos, silica and coal tar pitch claims. She also represents employers throughout the state before the Worker's Compensation Board, and maintains practices in insurance coverage litigation, general liability insurance defense litigation, and appellate law. She currently serves as the Vice President of the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana Worker's Compensation Section, and is also a member of the Indiana State Bar Association, Indianapolis Bar Association and Defense Research Institute.
