Steve Barber has a distinctively broad-based civil litigation practice – a litigation practice that has resisted specializing but that has not avoided complexity or the developing areas of the law. He has represented large and small corporations, class action representatives, governmental entities, trustees, and beneficiaries. His firm, Barber & Shoulders, LLP has a quite extensive appellate practice. He is a frequent speaker and has published two textbooks – one on legal writing published by West Publishing. He has also been named in Outstanding Lawyers of America and is a member of Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
