Thomas A. Brodnik, partner at Doninger Tuohy & Bailey LLP, represents businesses and individuals in civil and criminal litigation in both state and federal courts. After graduating summa cum laude from the Indiana University School of Law -- Indianapolis, he practiced with one of the largest law firms in Southern California. He represents clients in diverse industries, including publishing, construction and motor sports. With his accounting degree from Marian College, his representations include general business law, and civil and criminal tax matters. He is a member of the local and state bar associations, and the Sagamore American Inn of Court. Mr. Brodnik is licensed to practice in Indiana and California, and has represented clients in proceedings in numerous other jurisdictions.
