Andrew (Andy) Hutton is the founding partner of the personal injury litigation law firm of Hutton & Hutton, LLC, in Wichita, Kansas. Mr. Hutton is licensed to practice law in Kansas and Missouri. His major appointments include plaintiff counsel by the federal court in personal injury claims of national significance, including Temporomandibular Joint Litigation, MDL 1001; Ford Motor Company vehicle paint litigation, MDL 1063; and diet drugs products litigation, MDL 1203. Hutton & Hutton, LLC, is currently a member of the Castano Plaintiffs’ Litigation Committee, which places Andy in a unique position to remain active in tobacco litigation nationwide. He is certified in Civil Trial Advocacy by the American Board of Trial Advocates.
Andy has received several selections to the prestigious list of Best Lawyers in America, most recently in 2010. He has been selected by his professional colleagues throughout Missouri and Kansas to be listed among Missouri & Kansas Super Lawyers five consecutive years, 2005 through 2009. Andy received his Bachelor of Business Arts degree from Washburn University in Topeka, magna cum laude in 1976. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Washburn University School of Law in 1979.
