Profile

As a member of the legal profession, I focus on providing clients with an honest and accurate assessment of their legal issues with an eye to practical and realistic results for my clients. I have extensive experience in helping clients prepare estate plans to provide for their loved ones while minimizing possible federal and state estate taxes and in assisting clients with probate administration. In addition to those practice areas, I use my accounting degree and master's in tax law to assist clients with tax compliance and IRS tax controversy matters, as well as business and corporate law matters, real estate, traffic and DUI cases, divorce, and adoptions.
