John Rogers is a graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Law and has served as an assistant Commonwealth Attorney. He is admitted to practice before the state and federal courts in Kentucky and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. He served for almost five years as chairman of the Kentucky Registry of Election Finance, the state's top campaign finance regulator. John is a past member of the Kentucky Bar Foundation. He has served as a legal counsel to the Governor of Kentucky and is currently a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. John is also Certified in Consumer Bankruptcy Law by the American Board of Certification.
