Mr. Franklin is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy (B.S., 1959) and had a distinguished naval career, retiring as a two-star Navy Admiral (RADM). He graduated from the University of Louisville School of Law in 1967. Since that time Mr. Franklin has had twelve verdicts of over $1 million, all representing injured plaintiffs. He has obtained three verdicts on behalf of clients in excess of $10 million. He is a member of the Inner Circle of Advocates; a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers; Louisville Bar Association Lawyer of the Year; and Kentucky Trial Attorneys Association Trial Lawyer of the Year; and has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America for 20 years, in Kentucky Super Lawyers, and in Lawdragon.
