Attorney Michael R. Hance, founder and principal attorney of Hance and Srinivasan PLLC, has been helping people whose lives have been changed by the negligent actions of others. Since 1980, he has represented victims of catastrophic injuries or wrongful death and their families in a variety of cases, including serious motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, pharmaceutical litigation, nursing home negligence, construction site accidents, birth injuries, product liability and other serious accidents and injuries.
Michael has been an AV-rated* attorney since the mid-1908s. He is also a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, which is reserved for trial lawyers who have received verdicts or settlements of $1 million or more on behalf of their clients. Among other leadership positions, he has served as president of the Kentucky Justice Association, where he maintains active membership in addition to other organizations, including the Kentucky Bar Association, American Association of Justice and Louisville Bar Association. He has also served as a past president of the Louisville Bar Foundation.
A graduate of the Brandeis School of Law of the University of Louisville, Michael is licensed to practice in the United States Supreme Court, the Supreme Court of Kentucky, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky, and the U.S. Court of Appeals, 6th Circuit.
