Cameron Waddell has successfully fought and won cases against some of the world's largest corporations. For over 20 years, Mr. Waddell has represented thousands of victims of workplace injuries and diseases, including those involving asbestos, noise, benzene, and coal tar pitch exposures. Mr. Waddell has won more verdicts in Louisiana asbestos cases than any other lawyer. His verdicts have resulted in many of the landmark decisions involving Louisiana's workplaces. Mr. Waddell knows that justice does not happen by accident but comes through diligently preparing each case for trial.
