David L. Guerry's legal practice includes representation in the fields of telecommunications and electric regulatory transactions and litigation; acquisitions and other business transactions and related litigation; banking litigation; and general, corporate, and franchise-structure-related business litigation. As a member of the American Arbitration Association, he serves on the Large, Complex Commercial Case; Construction; and Mediation Panels. Mr. Guerry served as an initial founder of the pilot mediation program for the U.S. District Court for Middle District of Louisiana. Mr. Guerry has been an active participant in bar and charitable activities on the local, state, and federal level and has been the recipient of numerous certificates and awards.
