Douglas S. Draper has represented bondholders, creditors' committees and debtors in successful reorganizations of hotels, grocery chains, apartment complexes, office buildings, oil companies, shipyards, clothing stores, and fast food franchises. Listed in both The Best Lawyers in America and the Chambers USA Directory, he has been a Fellow of the American College of Bankruptcy since 1999. Has lectured extensively for various bar associations and is a lecturer for the A.B. Freeman School of Business (Tulane University) Executive MBA Program. Received a B.A. from Syracuse University, a J.D. from Tulane University, and an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University. Is admitted to practice in Louisiana, Illinois and Washington, D.C.
