He is also the author of a paper entitled "Breach of Fiduciary Duties in Louisiana." which he presented at a seminar in December of 2008. Mr. Lamothe recently presented a paper entitled "Recent Developments Under the Jones Act" (2008). Mr. Lamothe taught Trial Practice at Tulane Law School, LSU Law School and Loyola Law School.
