Jim Roy is a member of Domengeaux, Wright, Roy & Edwards LLC in Lafayette, Louisiana, and is primarily involved in the representation of plaintiffs in personal injury and wrongful death cases as well as in class actions. He is a 1976 graduate of LSU Law School and earned an LLM from Georgetown University Law School. He is a past President of the Louisiana Trial Lawyers Association, and is listed in The Best Lawyers in America in three fields: maritime law, personal injury litigation, and mass torts-class actions- plaintiffs.
