Jan Hayden, along with her colleagues, has made Heller, Draper the preeminent business bankruptcy firm in the state for the representation of debtors and creditors alike. A graduate of LSU Law School, Ms. Hayden is a fellow in both the American College of Bankruptcy and the Louisiana Bar Foundation.
