Marc D. Winsberg received his law degree from Tulane, where he was an editor of the Law Review and graduated cum laude and Order of the Coif. Mr. Winsberg practices primarily in the areas of commercial litigation and family law. He has tried numerous cases in state, federal and bankruptcy court. Since 2003, Mr. Winsberg has been certified by the Louisiana Board of Legal Specialization as a Family Law Specialist. He has tried and negotiated numerous cases involving large and complex community property partitions and hotly contested custody and support issues.
