Matthew (Matt) E. Lundy is a partner at Lundy, Lundy, Soileau & South, L.L.P., a professional law firm with an emphasis on personal injury litigation with offices in the states of Louisiana, Mississippi and Arkansas.
Working primarily out of the firm's main office in Lake Charles, Louisiana, Matt focuses his practice on personal injury and wrongful death cases involving defective products of every type. This includes mass tort and environmental contamination claims, maritime and Jones Act claims, and defective medical or pharmaceutical products such as Vioxx, Paxil, Fen-Phen, Baycol, Smith & Nephew orthopedic knee implants and DePuy hip implants.
Matt received his Juris Doctor from Louisiana State University in 1988 and began his career as a law clerk to the Honorable Earl Veron, United States District Judge for the Western District of Louisiana. Matt also studied and sat for the Texas Bar exam during this time and was admitted to the Texas Bar in 1989.
