John E. Sedgewick has been the Managing Director at Berman & Simmons since 1988. Over that time the firm has grown from a general trial firm to become Maine's pre-eminent plaintiff's trial firm.  His practice is focused on cases utilizing his expertise in automobile accident reconstruction, product design and defect arguments, and construction site safety to benefit the firm's clients.
