Thomas C. Newman practices in federal and state courts across the country, having tried numerous substantial jury and nonjury cases to verdict. Tom's practice embraces a wide range of business and commercial matters, including minority shareholder, intellectual property, trade, franchise, contract, fiduciary duty, construction, and products liability disputes. Professional recognition includes membership in the American Board of Trial Advocates, Senior Fellow of the American College of Barristers, and member of the Advisory Board of the Maine Trial Lawyers Association. Recently recognized by his peers in The Best Lawyers in America, Tom is a visiting teacher of trial advocacy at Harvard Law School.
