Paul T. Stein is Board Certified as a civil and criminal trial advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and a fellow to the American College of Trial Lawyers. Mr. Stein concentrates his practice as a trial lawyer representing individuals and corporations in state and federal courts in the areas of criminal defense, contested family law matters and substantial personal injury litigation.

Donald N. Sperling concentrates his practice in the areas of business, employment, technology and real estate law. He is experienced with commercial mergers and acquisitions, employment relations and disputes, business controversies and complex civil litigation, representing both local and national companies.

Millard S. Bennett concentrates his practice among areas of business organization, conflicts among business owners, transition of business ownership interests and business controversy litigation. Mr. Bennett lectures regularly on business organization and business controversy topics.

David S. De Jong has an LLM in Taxation and is also a certified public accountant, certified valuation analyst and nationally recognized speaker who concentrates his practice in tax planning and controversy, estate planning, business transactions and valuations. Mr. De Jong co-authored J. K. Lasser's annual tax planning book for 16 years. Active in many professional groups, he is a Past President of the American Association of Attorney- Certified Public Accountants

Stuart S. Greenfeig is a founding member of the Collaborative Divorce Association Inc. and a fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. He concentrates his practice in family law, including divorce, custody, property resolution and pre and post-nuptial agreements.

Ann G. Jakabcin has an LLM in Taxation and concentrates her practice in the field of estate planning, trusts and estate administration. Ms. Jakabcin coauthored J. K. Lasser's annual tax planning book for 16 years and speaks frequently on various estate planning topics.

Jeffrey M. Schwaber concentrates his practice in complex commercial litigation, representing local and national companies in business conflicts, employment, technology and real estate litigation matters. He has been appointed to the select Statewide Advisory Committee of Maryland's Business/Technology Court.
