A. Donald (Don) C. Discepolo is the founder of Discepolo LLP, a full-service law firm based in Baltimore, Maryland. Since his admission to the bar in 1998, Don has litigated more than 400 matters for his clients. His experience includes defending individuals in hundreds of state and federal criminal cases, service as a court-appointed attorney for civilians charged with crimes committed on military bases in Maryland, and numerous complex medical malpractice, personal injury and wrongful death cases leading to the recovery of millions of dollars for previous clients.
Recently, Don has been focusing on carbon monoxide litigation, mass torts and class actions. He is currently representing 24 plaintiffs in a $100 million carbon monoxide-related lawsuit and is seeking $40 million in another class action involving student loans.
Don is a graduate of University of Maryland, College Park, and the Southern New England School of Law. He is a member of the Maryland Trial Lawyers Association, the Inns of Court and the Maryland and Massachusetts bars. Don gives back to the community by being a dedicated member of the Maryland Volunteer Lawyers Service and lectures at his alma mater, the Southern New England School of Law, in North Dartmouth, Massachusetts.
