Attorney Andrew D. Alpert, a managing partner with Alpert Schreyer, LLC, is one of the leading DUI attorneys in Maryland and Washington DC. Mr. Alpert is a former prosecutor with specific training in DUI/DWI law. He is one of the few attorneys in both Maryland and Washington DC who is a Certified NHTSA Standardized Field Sobriety Test Instructor. He is also a personal injury and wrongful death attorney.
