Andrew Alpert is a partner with Meng & Alpert, LLC, and one of the leading DUI attorneys in the State of Maryland and the District of Columbia. A former prosecutor and litigator who has represented clients in high-profile criminal cases, Alpert has successfully defended numerous individuals in DUI and vehicular manslaughter cases. A graduate of George Washington University School of Law, Alpert is one of only a few attorneys both in Washington, D.C. and in the State of Maryland who is a Certified NHTSA Standardized Field Sobriety Test Instructor. He is a sustaining member of the National College for DUI Defense, a Board of Directors Member of the Maryland Criminal Defense Attorneys’ Association, and a member of the Maryland Trial Lawyers Association and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
