Barry Greenberg serves as the chairperson of RMG's real estate department. He is widely recognized for his expertise in all phases of the real estate development process. He represents clients in all aspects of real estate projects, including contract negotiations, financing, construction, leasing, land use, and entity structuring and organization. In addition, he represents major regional banks and institutional lenders in connection with real estate acquisition, construction, permanent, and other commercial asset-based lending. Mr. Greenberg also represents a large public insurance adjusting firm, equipment leasing companies, and other businesses on a variety of legal and business matters.
