Brian Kane represents individuals and businesses in negotiations, transactions, and litigation, with a concentration on family law. Certificated in Collaborative Practice in both the traditional and interdisciplinary models, he is an experienced mediator often appointed by the court in family law cases, and has served as court-appointed child counsel in contested cases in several Maryland counties. He is a member of the Family Law Sections of both the ABA and MSBA, is a Fellow of the Maryland Bar Foundation, and serves on the Peer Review Committee of the Maryland Attorney Grievance Commission and the Trial Courts Judicial Nominating Commission. Brian holds a law degree from Penn State University's Dickinson School of Law, where he was an Associate Editor of the Dickinson Law Review.
