Mr. Bolton defends clients in federal and state court matters involving ERISA, life, health, and disability insurance; bad faith; long-term care; and annuities. He counsels clients concerning state regulatory matters initiated by the Maryland Insurance Administration and Maryland Securities Division. Mr. Bolton represents clients in FINRA and AAA arbitrations. His extensive appellate experience includes appeals to the Second, Third, and Fourth Circuit Courts of Appeals.
